Facilitator: Emily Raviola
Explore practical strategies to clarify your career goals, strengthen professional confidence, and unlock your full career potential. Topics include shaping your personal narrative, advancing your career through strategic networking, and deepening your professional development. The workshop incorporates presentations and interactive group work to promote practical application and collaborative learning.
Presenters:

Emily Raviola is a career and executive coach with Blue Bridge Career Coaching, founded in 2010 to support job seekers and career changers. Based in Boston, Emily brings the perspective of a 20-year career in higher education, nonprofit fundraising, and healthcare administration to her coaching practice.
In addition to working with individual clients, she facilitates monthly workshops, including Tools for Transition—a four-session program for job seekers and career changers—and Combatting Ageism in the Job Market, which equips professionals over 50 with strategies to overcome age-related bias in the hiring process. Emily holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, an M.P.H. from the Boston University School of Public Health, and an M.B.A. from the Boston College Carroll School of Management. She holds the ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the New England Career Counselors' Consortium.

Karen Murray spent her career at John Hancock, holding multiple leadership positions, and at Liberty Mutual Investments, where she focused on systems integrations and mergers and acquisitions. She is currently an adjunct lecturer at WPI. Karen holds an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and is a proud graduate of Boston College.
